About Our University
Manash Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University is one of the oldest educational institution in the Republic of Kazakhstan with 84 years of its existence.
The North Kazakhstan University is formed according to Order № 584 issued by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 2, 1994 on the basis of Petropavlovsk Pedagogical university named after K.D. Ushinskiy keeping traced history from 1937.
By order of the Chairman of the State Property Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 25, 2020 No. 315, the RSE on REM “Manash Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University” was reorganized into a non-profit joint-stock company “Manash Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University”.
